Hours:

1st shift Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd shift Monday-Friday 12:00 PM- 9:00 PM

Deburr Technician

Job Description:

Remove burrs and excess material from machined parts to within specified tolerances,as given on work order instructions, by operating various hand, power and pneumatic tools.

Pass completed parts to the next operation.

Complete paperwork, clock in/out of jobs, update process records, etc.

Deburr Technician Requirements:

High School diploma, GED or equivalent

Ability to lift 40 lbs

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions

Deburr Technician desirable skills:

Understand and use measuring equipment such as height gauges, calipers, micrometers.

Self Motivator

Experience using power and hand and pneumatic tools

Machine Operator

Job Description:

Run CNC machines and make parts to print

Use measuring equipment such as height gauges, calipers, and micrometers

Pass completed parts to the next operation.

Complete paperwork, clock in/out of jobs, update process records, etc.

Machine Operator Requirements:

High School diploma, GED or equivalent

Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances.

Understand and use measuring equipment such as height gauges, calipers, and micrometers.

Familiar with CNC lathes and CNC mills

Machine Operator desirable skills:

Familiar with HAAS and Okuma controls

Excellent communication skills
